You didn't say if the -3.5 was to the corp or to the faction. If it's to the corp then you can mission with an alt or a friend to get your standings up. If it's faction then you'll need to train Diplomacy up if you haven't already. If you have alr...

Wow this doesn't sound good. It took me forever to kill True Sanshas with arty, so I switched to AC's and mwd'd to them. These guys are supposed to be tougher,.. I really don't want to have to train Caldari in order to mess with Sleepers.
